Dad is a painting contractor and is a partner at BLS Painting. Immediately after high school he went to go work for his dad full time and on the evenings would attend ACC. He later attended University of Phoenix to work on his Business Administration degree which he later transferred over to St. Edwards University. Erick also has a few Certificates from University of Texas like Leadership Skills for Managers, Financial Management, The Transformational Leader, Conflict Management, Counseling and Coaching for Improved Performance, Emotional Intelligence in Leadership, Building Personal Leadership Skills, Strategies for Successful Leaders, and Project Management to name a few.
